What else I need

• You need to apply to your merchant bank to be an API user
• We help you to go through the application process free of charge
• If your existing bank does not have an API product, we help you to apply for a merchant facility and API from a major bank. This assistance is provided free of charge

How the transaction is processed

• The transactions are processed using your own merchant ID
• The funds are settled from your bank directly to your own nominated bank account, normally overnight
• Your bank of supplies managing and reporting tools

What are the fees and charges?

• Your merchant bank charges:
  • Check your merchant service agreement with the bank for details, it may include:
  • Merchant Service Fee (MSF)
  • Transaction Fee
  • Other bank fees
  
  
• We charge:
  • Implementation fee based on requirements and scope starting from $500.00
  • If you host the server by yourself, assuming it is PCI DSS complied, no further fee is charged by us
  • Io If we host the web application on our server a hosting fee will be charged. The amount will depend on:
    • which merchant bank you use (could be waived for some banks)
    • the volume of the traffic
    • the type of SSL certificate you use
    • any other special requirement
