Option 1 : To become a credit card merchant

  • We assist you in applying to a major bank to become a credit card merchant
  • We assist you in negotiating fees and charges with the bank
  • This service is free of charge

Option 2 : Use third-party merchant process

  • If you just started your business your transaction volumes may not make obtaining your own merchant facility cost efficient
  • We assist you in registering as a biller with a leading third-party provider

How the transaction is processed as third party process

  • The transactions are processed exactly the same from the user point of view
  • The fund is settled to your own nominated bank account, after the fund is settled to the third party merchant account.
  • · The third party processing provider provides you with web based management and reporting tools and handles support requests

What are the fees and charges

  • The third party processor charges:
    • Merchant Service Fee (MSF) : 2% For Master Card & VISA card, and 4.4% For American Express & Diners Club Card
    • Monthly Fee : $20 per month which is waived if the number of transactions reaches 20 per calendar month
    • Base transaction Fee : $1.49 / Transaction

  • We charges:
    • Setup Fee of $150
